Welcome to our Daddy's
Restaurant!
Our
Dad and his family have been in the restaurant business
for over 40 years. It all began when our Paw-Paw started
a chain of restaurants back in 1968 and had over 200 of
those dudes, all the way from Florida to California.
Being a Texan, Paw-Paw also had his hands in barbecue
restaurants and catering for many years, with our daddy
right along by his side.
Our
Daddy tells us of the memories he had helping Paw-Paw
from the chuck wagon on the "Salt Grass Trail Ride." So
here we are. Daddy has been in the restaurant business
all of his life, being the only son of four children he
really didn't have a choice. So that's kinda where we
three boys come in and we're sure you will see us
running around here acting like we're working
and having fun slow cooking your barbecue over genuine
Texas mesquite wood.
So
please be patient with us as we try to learn our Daddy's
business and carry on the family tradition of serving
the freshest and finest food possible at all times.
