Since our family got started in the breakfast business, we still believe it’s the best meal of the day. For many years, breakfast has brought people together, and… well, it’s just so darn good. Here in Texas, we have quite a few breakfast favorites, but pancakes are a classic. If you’re a true Texan, you may even call them “flapjacks.”
Since 1968, Harris County Smokehouse has used the same award-winning pancake batter to serve up pancakes that are fluffy and cake-like. We believe we’ve mastered this art because when our customers are done eating, there ain’t a crumb in sight.
Because our family got started in the breakfast business, all buttermilk pancakes are made from scratch daily using fresh, non-artificial ingredients down to the last hand-cracked egg.
We want every customer to feel right at home, so we offer a variety of famous concoctions available in white or wheat flour to provide a satisfying option for everyone that walks through our doors–including original buttermilk, pecan, banana nut, blueberry, chocolate chip and many others.
